Our storage facility is a clean, secure, and brand new 3-story building in Riverside. Our three floors offer a variety of unit sizes with drive-up access, elevator access, temperature control, and other features that can help solve your storage problems.

What is temperature control?
Just as the weather takes a toll on us, so it does on your things. Our temperature-controlled storage units remain at a consistent temperature year-round, protecting your belongings from the sometimes extreme southern California heat.
What’s the difference between temperature-controlled and traditional units?
With standard storage units, your items will feel the effect of rising and falling temperatures. With temperature control, we can specifically tailor the temperature level inside no matter what the weather is like, making sure any sensitive items you’re planning to store don’t get ruined.
When should I use temperature-controlled storage?
If you’re storing items that may be susceptible to hot temperatures or using long-term self storage, you should probably use temperature control. Many items will do great in a non-temperature controlled environment, but others made of wood, leather, paper, or metal may need special attention.
Do you offer any supplies?
Carts, boxes, dollies, and packing supplies will all be available to help ease your move-in process, so don’t hesitate to ask for them.
Do you offer truck rentals?
We sure do! Our truck rentals are great, whether you don’t have your own moving car or have lots of items that would be better transported in a larger vehicle.
Do your units have individual alarms?
Yes, our storage units are equipped with individual alarms. Unit alarms should be a security feature in any storage facility because an access control system that lacks them is highly vulnerable to thieves. We also have perimeter fencing, gated access, and video surveillance.
